We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of your original purchase price.


Eligibility for Returns:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Items with physical damage, water damage, or poor condition (e.g., dirt, food remnants) are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender at our discretion.


Exclusions:

Returns due to application compatibility issues or lack of understanding of product features are not accepted unless the issue was misrepresented or explicitly guaranteed.


Return Process:

1. Contact Us:

Contact our Customer Service team here with details of your return request and proof of purchase.

3. Approval and Shipping:

After review, we will send a return authorization form. Include this form in your return package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international returns. Ship the product to our warehouse in California, USA.

4. Processing and Refunds:

Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 72 hours through the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.

1-Year Warranty

All Superbox devices purchased from our website come with a 1-Year Warranty.

Warranty Coverage:

If your device experiences issues, contact us at info@vseeboxs.com. Our technical team will assist in diagnosing the problem.

If repair or replacement is required, you may send the unit to us. We will fix or exchange the unit at our discretion.

Warranty does not cover devices with water or physical damage.

Warranty Expiration:

After the warranty period expires, devices can still be sent to us for repairs at an additional cost. During repair time, we’ll provide an account to maintain your service.


Third-Party Purchases

Superbox does not process returns, refunds, or warranties for items purchased from third-party vendors. If purchased through a third party, all issues must be resolved directly with them. Items sent to Superbox in this case will not be honored and may be returned at the sender’s expense.


Important Notes:

Refunds are issued only after receiving and reviewing the returned item for completeness.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of applications or services with our devices before purchase. Our devices run Android and are not cable boxes.
